  • 2026-10-20: Published the Competitor Field Research packet and Sprint 3 Change Log. No direct competitor is confirmed. The initial audience narrows to campus drivers who regularly struggle to find parking. Scope and cost estimates stay at the Sprint 2 figures.
  • 2026-10-27: Published a sample SQLite database and a Lot data page so the portal's data component can be reviewed. The rows are fabricated lot information and occupancy history. They are not live camera output. Sprint 2 scope and cost estimates are unchanged.
