Cursor / generative AI assisted portal construction (layout, Three.js lot visualization, page scaffolding) and produced initial drafts of Sprint 1 PM artifacts for team review.
What the team changed or rejected
- Rejected framing Damn Parking as a payment/reservation marketplace (kept occupancy intelligence).
- Rewrote market “top pick” to emphasize camera reuse and dual driver/ops value; cut generic smart-city filler.
- Tightened charter out-of-scope (no enforcement LPR, no production camera access without approval).
- Go/no-go style justifications for later sprints will remain human-owned per syllabus; individual memos/reflections are never AI-authored.
